You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please email email@example.com, with your order number, no later than 7 days after receipt of merchandise according to tracking number.
Holiday items are allowed only if returned at least 30 days prior to the Holiday.
Returns with any reason of non-defective merchandise is subject to 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable both ways.
We will not take any 3rd party returns or anything that has been personalized, such as monogrammed.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We ship anywhere within the United States. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. Allow up to 7 business days for made-to-order items to be processed and shipped out.
We offer a flat $6.95 shipping rate, as well as, a free local pick-up option. Free local pick-up orders may be picked up same day, if all items are in stock and available. An email will be sent, when items are ready for pick-up.
